This study aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership training on employee motivation kunsultan PT. Ayu Natural Orindo. The hypothesis of this study that there is influence of transformational leadership training to increase the motivation of the consultants PT. Ayu Natural Orindo. This study used an experimental method to pretest – posttest control group design. 10 study subjects in the experimental group and 14 groups in the control group. Subjects in the experimental group were given training transformational leadership. Measuring instrument in the form of research work motivation scale. The results were analyzed using t-test Gained score. Results of analysis of data on the scale of work motivation suggests that’s no significant difference between the motivation of the experimental group with the control group, with p = 0.836.
